Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Slovo mobile application ("App") operated by Slovo ("we", "our", or "us").

3.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited functionality. Free users are limited to 3 AI-powered photo word extractions. All other core features, including creating cards, folders, sets, and practicing with spaced repetition, are available without a subscription.

3.2 Slovo Premium

Slovo Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features, including unlimited photo word extractions.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including flashcards, folders, card sets, and any associated data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

4.2 Local Storage

Your content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored content.

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Slovo and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
